  • Handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
  • Contacting or writing letters to respond to customer inquiries or to follow up on initial sales contact.
  • Obtaining customer information from internal and external sources.
  • Maintaining an accurate customer data base.
  • Notifying management of customer problems or concerns.
  • Explaining products and prices and answering questions from customers.

Required Experience
